The rooftop lounge offered a great view of the city. The bathtub in my room. The room was very spacious and interior decor added to my visit.
I waited one hour to bring down the luggage. I think more staff is needed to respond promptly. This caused an unnecessary delay in my departure.

The team really took care of me. Cherry remembered my coffee order every morning, and Zahid anticipated my dessert cravings, I really appreciated that. The rooftop pool and cityscape view were AMAZING!!!
The entrance through the garage level was a little unusual and required walking up a ramp to reach street level.

The breakfast offered a very extensive range of options. I found something delicious every morning. The staff, especially Cherry and Zahid, provided attentive and personalized service, I really felt cared for. The chef also ensured all guests were well-fed and satisfied.

the initial impression was somewhat marred by the entrance. the main entrance is located in the basement parking area, unusual (i've never seen anything like that). this made finding the entrance a bit confusing upon arrival. additionally, the rooftop bar was in need of some refurbishment. the area looked a little worn and lacked the polish i expect from a hotel of this caliber.

i found the room size acceptable. it provided the space i needed.
i was displeased with the service. the front office never answered the phone despite repeated calls. bringing down my luggage took an hour, it was unacceptable, and ayushi was the only sensitive person. overall, i find this hotel undesirable.

the entrance is strangely located in the parking garage. there is no front door to the street. i found this unusual, as i have never stayed in a hotel without a front door.
